At m o o c h i, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the m o o c h i garment tags are intact and the item is securely protected.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
